Itinerary
- Between 09:30 to 11:00 in the morning, you will be picked up from your hotel for a guided full-day tour of Istanbul. MUSEUM OF TURKISH AND ISLAMIC ART; The Museum is next to Sultanahmet Mosque (Blue Mosque). The museum building was a Palace of Suleiman the Magnificent’s son-in-law. Museum collections are treasures of Islamic history from the 8th century to the 20th century. ISTANBUL MUSEUM OF THE HISTORY OF SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY IN ISLAM; Decades of intensive research in the history of Arabic-Islamic manuscripts were necessary as a preparation for the creation of the wealth of objects in the museum. Visitors to the museum can obtain a unique insight into the Islamic scientific tradition by looking at the details of the exact replicas of the scientific and technical achievements from the ninth through the seventeenth centuries. FATIH DISTRICT AND CITY WALLS; After the Suleymaniye drive passes through the Fatih district and leaves Constantinople. We can see the city walls of Constantinople. TOMBS OF SAHABA: We will visit a few sahaba tombs who joined the Islamic army in the conquest of Constantinople. Hz. Ka’b ( RA ), Hz. Ebu Seybetul Hudri ( RA ),Hz. Hamidullah El Ensari ( RA ),Hz. Ahmad El Ensari (RA), Hz. Muhammed-Ul Ensari ( RA ), Cabir ( RA ) in Toklu Dede, Ebu Zer ( RA ), EYUB SULTAN; His tomb is one of the most visited places in Istanbul by Muslims all around the world.
THE PANORAMA 1453 HISTORY MUSEUM, established by Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality in 2009, holds the title of ‘the world’s first full-panoramic museum’. As one of the most popular spots in Istanbul, the museum gives its visitors a chance to relive the conquest of Istanbul.
